Local Red Cross director joins relief team in Nashville | News, Sports, Jobs



FINDLAY — The American Red Cross has responded to a string of severe storms, including several deadly tornadoes that touched down in Tennessee Tuesday, and Todd James, Executive Director of the North Central Ohio Chapter has joined the relief effort by traveling to join the Red Cross team in Nashville, a release from the North Central Ohio Chapter of the American Red Cross states.

The American Red Cross is coordinating closely with local officials in Tennessee and providing shelter for residents affected by the deadly, devastating tornadoes, the release states. James, a member of the Red Cross Advanced Public Affairs Team, will serve as a spokesperson to share information on the Red Cross response and will update the media on Red Cross efforts, the statement reads.
