Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams has just announced her first-ever solo tour (in support of her first-ever solo album), and she’ll cap it off with a homecoming concert in Nashville.

On June 29, Williams’ “Petals For Armor” tour will come to the brand-new Brooklyn Bowl Nashville — the highly anticipated Germantown venue is set to open next weekend.

Tickets are $55-$60 and go on sale

Williams, 31, rose to fame at the age of 16 in the Franklin, Tenn.-bred rock act Paramore. The band has been on an informal break since 2018.

She’s set to release her debut solo album, “Petals For Armor,” on May 8. A 5-track prelude, “Petals For Armor I,” arrived last month.

In the tour’s press release, Williams said she previously thought she wouldn’t tour for the project.

“What a joke. I must. This is a brand new adventure. It’s important to embark on something new every now and then just to show yourself that you can. I welcome the discomfort and the joy and I’m ready to be present for this.

The first run of shows is going to be hot, sweaty, and intimate. My brand-newly-formed band and I will be playing rooms that Paramore outgrew a decade ago. It’s going to be so satisfying to feel the energy of a crowd that close again, especially while performing songs that feel so vital for me; songs I have never performed before for an audience.

Thank you for the chance to tour this. I hope to see a ton of old friends and make some new ones too.”
