ELBERT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– Elbert County is warning residents not to travel to neighboring counties unless absolutely necessary. That’s because of a spike in coronavirus cases.

Elbert County’s two week average is about 67 cases per 100,000 people.
Cases in nearby counties are much higher: in Adams County that is 285 cases and in Arapahoe County, that’s 138 cases.
